Plan management is when a provider supports you to manage funding in your NDIS plan. These providers are known as plan managers. Plan management is different from having the NDIA manage funding in your NDIS plan, or you choosing to self-manage your plan.


You or your providers can send invoices to us via email at invoice@aurorainclusivesupports.com.au. If you forward the invoice or notify us in advance of the providers you intend to use, we will consider this your agreement to pay the charges. If you have requested that individual invoices be approved, or if we receive an invoice from an unknown provider, we may contact you for approval before proceeding with payment.


Occasionally, you may pay in advance for items or services that are in line with your NDIS goals and budget plan. We would process a reimbursement to your bank account, which would take between 1 to 2 business days. Please provide the following details with the receipt or paid invoice.

You can submit your reimbursement by sending through a receipt or paid invoice to invoice@aurorainclusivesupports.com.au. Alternative, you can fill out our online form. Reimbursements with all the correct information are processed and paid within 3-5 business days. Click here to try our Online Form

Aurora Inclusive Supports will provide you a monthly statement of all claims filed against your plan. We will also provide an update on your total budget and remaining funds in your support categories. If you have any queries or are concerns about any claims, please contact us as soon as possible. 0421 006 380 or invoice@aurorainclusivesupports.com.au Alternatively, you can also request that your providers email the invoices straight to us. If your providers are sending the invoice directly to us, please include your name and/or participant number so that we can clearly identify it as part of your plan.

If you are a participant in the NDIS and receive funding, you can choose plan management. Alternatively, you can contact us through our 0421 006 380 or invoice@aurorainclusivesupports.com.au

No, there is no additional cost to choose plan management, and it has no effect on funding in your plan or the amount of money available for other supports. The NDIA provide extra funding in your plan to pay for plan management.
